Cream together:
3/4 cup margarine (ew. I choose butter)
1 cup sugar
Add:
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon or almond extract
Mix well.
Sift:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Add to mixture. Chill 1 hour. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness, and cut out cookies. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Makes 18-ish cookies.
